Then watch the video “How Amazon Fends off Unions.” Again, while the video looks at an American example, many of the things discussed hold true in Canada as well. One example is the unionization rate in Canada in chart 1 on page 233, this is very similar to the charts presented in the video. After watching the video what do you think the future of unions is based on the Amazon example – how can Jeff Bezos learn from Howard Shultz, consider this in your response as well.
