As we proceed through the course, you will be asked to work on the analysis of your company/industry and technology and complete the portion relating to the current topics we are covering. At the end of the semester you will have analyzed the impact of the technology and made your prediction of the future path for the technology within the company or industry. Your focus is on the technology and its impact on the business (i.e., you do not have to specify the exact brand of technology or software). After each milestone, you will receive some general feedback. You will be able to use this feedback to make any alterations or corrections before you submit it as part of your paper at the end of the term. There is no specific, quantifiable, right solution, save that the recommendations you make are supported through research and analysis to help your organization gain a competitive advantage. Be sure to state any assumptions you are making and justify them in your requirement analysis section.
