Dissertation based on feasibility of heat recovery in a bakery environment . Appendix I attached below is the findings of a earlier feasibility study conducted by a consultant about 10 yrs ago. Not much have changed since so this data can be used in the findings / analysis section. I will need to show how heat recovery works by discussing the Organic Rankine cycle (ORC), Kalina cycle and Trilateral cycle (TLC) and diagrams. Also discuss new technology for collecting LGWH and diagrams as in attached paper [A new technology for cost effective low grade waste heat recovery] .. Discuss European energy efficiency target as of 2020, 2030 and 2050 and how they will be more achievable with the help of heat recovery system etc. Explain the waste heat estimates globally with the aid of graphs and diagrams as in attached paper [Mapping and discussing Industrial Waste Heat (IWH) potentials for different countries]
