Using an Internet search engine such as Google or Yahoo, identify a crisis the organization you chose at the beginning of this course (Wlamart) or the industry that organization represents has faced in the past 10 years or less. For example, if the organization is a fast food restaurant and you cannot identify a crisis that the particular organization directly faced, can you identify a crisis that involved the fast food industry as a whole? If so, approach the following questions from that angle.

1. What is the Internet article’s address?
2. Briefly describe the crisis in two paragraphs or less.
3. Which spokespersons did the article or articles quote?
4. Based on your opinion and the information in the Internet articles you reviewed, how did the management of the crisis impact the public’s current perception of the organization or industry?
