We produce two products: product 1 and product 2 on two machines (machine 1 and machine 2). The number of hours of machine time and labor depends on the machine and the product as shown in Table 64.

 

The cost of producing a unit of each product is shown in Table 65.

The number of labor hours and machine time available this month are in Table 66.

This month, at least 200 units of product 1 and at least 240 units of product 2 must be produced. Also, at least half of product 1 must be made on machine 1, and at least half of product 2 must be made on machine 2. Determine how we can minimize the cost of meeting our monthly demands.
