High for this I have to design a study please help me I will give a thumbs up no matter what this Has to be at least two pages or please try to make as long as atleast 1 and a half page, It is designing a study, please help me i am too stressed with so many finals i just need this done i will give thumbs up

For this part of the project, you are a researcher investigating a new widely advertised COVID miracle cure calledGovid. (I should probably trademark that). You are working at a medium-sized research institute that has received a small amount of funding for the study that will enable you to provide the drug to a maximum of 100 study participants. The drug must be provided over 5 injections, exactly 3 days apart. The injection must be administered by a trained professional such as a nurse. Therefore it requires that participants be able to visit a clinic every day over a period of 15 days.

Participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire about their symptoms at the beginning of the sequence. For example, they will be asked to rate their sense of taste and smell on a scale of 1-5. They will also be asked about other symptoms such as ease of breathing, fever, temperature, etc.

Only patients who have had COVID confirmed by a PCR test in the previous 5 days (i.e. before joining the study) are allowed into the study. A patient will be deemed “cured” if their PCR at the end of the 15 day period is negative.

I am intentionally not providing much guidance on how you might run this study as I want you to review the topics in study design we covered in our lectures and demonstrate that you understand the basics. That being said, I certainly do not expect you to be study design experts! However, I do want you to be able to demonstrate that you are aware of issues relating to bias, sample size, blinding, stratification (if applicable – remember that funding and sample size are not unlimited!), ethics, and any other topics which you think are important to design a study of reasonable quality.

You should also include 1-2 paragraphs in your discussion mentioning possible limitations / problems with your study. (Even the most high quality studies will have some limitations and potential flaws). For example, if you feel that 200 participants is simply not enough for this particular study, then that would be a limitation. Similarly, if you feel that their are biases that are simply unavoidable, that too would be a limitation. It’s okay to have limitations in a study, but the researcher must point these out.

Length: Your submission on this part of the project should be a minimum of 2 (complete) single-spaced pages, and no more than 3 or 4 pages.
