Today there is no in-class lecture, although you are expected to use the class time to work in your team. For this assignment, I would like to see an individual personal reflection on how you think that meeting went and general feelings about how the group is working so far. Use the following questions as a guide: 1. Where, when and for how long did you meet? 2. What did you accomplish today? 3. How well do you think you utilized the time? What percentage was spent in task behaviors, and what percentage of time was spent in relationship behaviors? 4. What thing do you like best about your team and how you are functioning right now? 5. Name one thing you think would improve how your group functions from here to the end of the project.
