Assume you have been hired by St. Joseph’s College to evaluate its financial and operational performance of the college and its subunits (campuses, departments). Identify 2 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the 4 Perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard (8 KPIs in total) that you might use in your evaluation and explain what measure that KPI provides.
