Please select one existing firm/organization (public organization is also OK) and analyze its business using the concepts and theories/frameworks introduced at classes in each week. You cannot choose the organizations, which you had already selected for weekly assignments, for this report. Analysis from the perspectives of each week is necessary. However, please bear in mind that synthesis is also an important notion for Strategic Management. Scrutinizing consistency of strategy, which you describe with concepts from each week, is essential. You do not have to always praise the organization you selected. In case you consider it has problems in its strategy, you can explain it in your report.
