– I want you to share an experience (work/school/sports/life/etc.) where you were involved with a group dealing with change. How did the group as a whole handle the situation/change? Was it difficult? If so, why? If it was easy to change, what made it easy for the group? Remember the four functions when discussing this topic. They play a huge role!
– Next, if you were in a managerial position that had to implement change with your group/employees/etc., what would you do to reduce resistance to change?
