This project involves students analyzing a real-world business problem. The business problem will be presented to the class by the instructor at the start of the course. The business problem could be in the form of a case study HH Gregg: Deciding on a New Information Technology Platform. You will critically analyze the case study, summarize the key ideas, discuss the IT challenges, and present your recommendations. This report will be organized as follows:

1.Introduction – Short summary of the business problem.

2.This section will also include a background of the organization.

3. Change Management – Discuss how change is being managed by the organization.

4. Recommendations – Discuss what you would have done differently and why. Conclusions – Discuss the lessons learned and the key messages that you would like the audience to take away. The report should not be more than 1000 words.

A sports club prepares to celebrate a possible 20th championship of its football team in the
junior league. The team has many supporters, and the management thinks they should be well-prepared
for the possibility and plan the number of high-end sweatshirts to procure from Italy. The unit cost of the
shirt to the club is 104 TL, and it will sell for 250 TL. Regular stores purchase any sweatshirt not sold by the
end of the short celebration period to 45 TL/piece.
As a result of several detailed analyses, the demand for sweatshirts in a championship is predicted to have
a normal distribution. The mean of demand is 175 (thousand) and a standard deviation of 40 (thousand)
units.
a) Determine cu (cost of underage) and co (cost of overage) values for the above problem.

As we discussed last week, our next reflection question will be on Moral Development on Ethics as we revisit the Heinz Dilemma

Here is our Reflection Question below

The Heinz Dilemma…

A woman was near death from a special kind of cancer. There was one drug that the doctors thought might save her. It was a form of radium that a druggist in the same town had recently discovered. The drug was expensive to make, but the druggist was charging ten times what the drug cost him to produce. He paid $200.00 for the radium and charged $2,000.00 for a small dose of the drug. The sick woman’s husband, Heinz, went to everyone he knew to borrow the money, but he could only get together about $1,000.00 which was only half the cost. He told the druggist that his wife was dying and asked him to sell it cheaper or let him pay later. But the druggist said: “No, I discovered the drug and I’m going to make money from it.” So Heinz got desperate and broke into the man’s lab to steal the drug for his wife.

SHOULD HEINZ HAVE BROKEN INTO THE LAB TO STEAL THE DRUG FOR HIS WIFE? WHY OR WHY NOT?
